STANFORD, Calif. – The Fallbrook Warriors put on a fast paced display of running rugby to beat Lakewood 59-12, and claim the 2012 Emirates Airline USA Rugby Girls High School National Invitational Championship.
The High School All-Americans game against Belgium Under-17s has been cancelled due to a number of players coming down with an illness. While the illness is not dangerous, it is contagious so the RFU opted to cancel to game to mitigate the risk of the illness spreading.
The second half of the USA Rugby Boy’s H.S. All-Americans versus England North U16s was all USA, but England North managed to get away with a 6-12 victory in the HSAAs’ second match of the Wellington College festival in Crowthorne.
