The Glendale Raptors and Twin Cities Amazons will look to continue a perfect start to the 2014 Women’s Premier League season this weekend following sizable wins against Oregon Sports Union and D.C. Furies, respectively.
The five-team American Rugby Premiership kicked off its inaugural season Saturday, Sept. 13, with New York Athletic Club and Boston Rugby securing wins against Boston Irish Wolfhounds and Old Blue of New York, respectively.
The 2013 Women’s Premier League season ended in style Sunday, Nov. 10, at the South Jersey Rugby Pitch in front of fans from across the country. Twin Cities Amazons took the WPL title from back-to-back champion Berkeley All Blues in an enthralling Final.
