BOULDER, Colo. – USA Rugby announced today the ticketing information for the Men’s Eagles match against Tonga in the new-look IRB Pacific Nations Cup and the Women’s Eagles match against France June 14 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif.
Tickets for the double header start at $12 and can be purchased on the Home Depot Center website. Groups of 10 or more may purchase tickets by calling 720-508-8036. The first 2,000 fans will gain entry to the Women’s match versus France to be played on the Track and Field Stadium located on the Home Depot Center Campus.
In one of their busiest summer seasons in history, the Men’s Eagles will have seven full tests before the end of August. Beginning with a trip north to Ellerslie Rugby Park in Edmonton, Alberta, for the opening Pacific Nations Cup match against Canada, the Eagles schedule will then be highlighted with a highly-anticipated matchup against Ireland at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas, on June 8.
The Women’s Eagles are also looking at a busy summer schedule with the Top 60 Camp in Greeley, Colo., from May 18-26 and two other matches against France tentatively scheduled for June 7 and 11. They will also compete in the Nations Cup with England, South Africa and Canada July 27-August 11 in Greeley.
The Men’s Eagles will be out for revenge after the 22-13 loss to Tonga during their 2012 Fall Tour in Wales, and the Home Depot Center offers a great venue for the spectacle. The June 14 match will be followed by two dates within two weeks in Japan for the remaining Pacific Nations Cup matchups with Fiji and Japan.
The Women’s Eagles lost to France twice during their 2012 Fall Tour, 13-0 in Orleans, France, on November 21 and 27-3 in Paris on November 24.
