I woke up at 5:55 AM and participated in a weight training session from 6:15 to 7:00 AM. Breakfast was from 7:15 to 8. After that I took a nap until our next training session which was on the field from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. We worked primarily on skills and field dynamics. After every practice all players are required to take an "ice plunge." I ate lunch at 12:00 PM and took another nap from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. We then had a team meeting from 4:30 to 5:00 PM where we watched film and analyzed offensive strategies. Third training was from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. The majority of practice was spent in the tackling pads playing 7s. Another 15 minute ice plunge with the boys. Dinner at 7:00 and then an individual sports psychology meeting with Dr. Haberl. Team stretch at 8 :30 and lights out at 9.
