Since leading the University of California to four national championships during his collegiate playing days, Eric Fry has been a key member of the U.S. national squad in recent years. He toured with the Eagles XV in their fall 2010 tour of Europe, then competed in the 2011 Churchill Cup as a substitute and started for the Eagles at the 2011 Rugby World Cup against Australia.
