Being recently introduced to rugby, I had a lot to learn in order to get myself in shape for international competition. Speed, fitness, footwork, and ballwork are just some of the fundamental aspects of the game I set out to master. Realizing that mastering the game wouldn't happen overnight, but instead through games of experience and practice, I figured in the interim, I could atleast concur the lingo, culture and tradition of the sport.

Chocolate Milk: apparently the best post-workout beverage you can consume. Great source of calcium, carbohydrates and proteins, and helps aid recovery
'Boots': otherwise known as 'cleats'
Kit Exchange: post-game ritual. a clothing exchange between players of opposing teams.
