Nikki Wiederaenders – Executive Director
Nikki has been with the USA Rugby Foundation since 2012. She has over ten years’ experience fundraising for social advocacy and faith based nonprofits. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and is currently working toward a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. She currently serves on the Board of (GRRR) Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies.
Nikki is originally from Iowa. GO HAWKEYES! She resides in Denver, Colorado with her daughter, Chelsea, and golden retriever, Hazel. Her son, Marco, is a student at the University of Colorado – Denver. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, listening to live music, and spending time with her family and friends.

Leah Ford - Intern
Leah is studying International Affairs and Latin American Studies at Lewis & Clark College, where she will return to start her senior year in the fall. In her free time, she likes to sing, go to concerts, and ski. She also plays for her school's club rugby team and is working hard to develop and grow the program.
Jess Azulay - Intern
Jessica began playing rugby at Mount Holyoke College and it was love at first tackle. She spent the past year in England doing the course work for a Master's in International Relations at Richmond, the American International University in London. When she’s not working on her thesis, Jess likes exploring new places, tea, and random facts.
