How does the selection committee not place Washington State lock Mileka Grager on the first team. She out played every front line in every game last season including all 5 playoff games. She was the teams enforcer, most physical runner and hands down best tackler. Without her leadership and physical play they don't win the championship. Maybe the selection committee should be people that actually know rugby and watch the games. Totally disgusting.

sorry to complain... but, Norwich Univ. should have about 6-8 players on these All-American Div.1 teams !!!!

Who made this list? Half of these players did not even attend the first East/West All-American camps nor did they get invited to Colorado or play in the Nation's Cup. As a D1 player who competes against Norwich, I agree with W.Smith that they should have been represented more than once on this list. Hello, they've had players on the U20 national team, multiple 7s national championships, and came second to Penn State in the national tournament in their first year as a Division 1 program! Two words: Ally Day. It's a real shame that some of the best players in the country did not even make honorable mention. I think the selection committee could have done a much better job at educating themselves on the multitude of players that are missing from this confusing list.

Have the Men's Collegiate All-Americans been named?

There are players who made the world cup USA pool and the touring squad for All Americans but they are not on this list...For example Elena the scrumhalf from Penn State. She is the best scrumhalf I have played against since I started playing in college and she should've been on this list the past two years. Yet she hasn't even made the list as an honorable mention. How can you ignore a player who made the world cup pool? There seem to be a lot of politics involved in this list if you are keeping one of the best college scrumhalves off of it.
