CPD Player of the Week

Rugby East: Ricky Neel-Feller, Navy, Fr., Scrumhalf (Fairfax, Va.)
Coach Notes:
Led team from the No. 9 spot. Rock solid defensively. For a plebe to be put in that spot and respond as well as he did was terrific. Gonzaga High School product.

Mid-South: Cameron Dolan, Life, Soph., No. 8 (Naples, Fla.)
Coach Notes:
Cameron has worked hard to come back from an ACL tear last year. He came out of the game just after halftime as he is not back to full form yet. He’s getting closer with each week’s performance.

Western: Carson Cleveland, Air Force, Sr. Flyhalf, (Mokena, Ill.)
Coach Notes:
Superbly directed both forwards and back, distributed the ball, and executed the Air Force’s offense throughout the match. On numerous occasions he successfully kicked to open space, putting the Cowboys on their heels. Also played solid in team defense throughout the match.

Pacific: Stuart Sharpe, Cal Poly-SLO, Sr., Fullback, (Irvine, Calif.)
Coach Notes:
An outside center by trade, Sharpe has been asked to play multiple positions in the past due to injuries. Saturday he stated at fullback then moved to flyhalf then finished the game at outside center. That’s a tough situation to manage but he made an impact at all three positions. Sharpe is also the SLO team president.
