In an overtime thriller, the Life University Running Eagles bested Central Washington to win the inaugural USA Rugby Men’s College Sevens National Championship 22-17.

Norwich University claimed the ultimate prize after a stunning weekend of sevens rugby, winning the first-ever USA Rugby Women's College Sevens National Championship in College Station, Texas. They defeated Boston College 34-5 in the championship game.
